We are very proud to be accredited with ISO 9001, we feel it is a real testament to the commitment and high quality of work that our designers produce on a day-to-day basis. A recent surveillance visit checked the eight quality management principles: Customer Focus, Leadership, Involving people, Process approach, Systematic approach, Continual development, Factual decision making, Mutually beneficial supplier relationships, to ensure that we always provide the best possible service for our clients!
The clear documentation process that ISO 9001 offers allows us to focus on innovative design rather than paperwork or overcoming inefficient practices. From the start, a clear list of deliverables are agreed to ensure that we understand our client’s needs and ensure they understand what they will receive at the end of the design process. Despite having a recognised standard, it still seems to amaze new clients at the quality of the design and manufacturing documentation that we supply - we still have work to do to get across the message!
Our latest customer feedback report recorded:
“The quality of the design and drawings exceeded our expectations, I’m very satisfied and will soon be in touch for the next part of the project”
Managing Director, David Mills comments:
“Our quality management review meetings allow us to review and identify trends to continuously improve our system. We embrace a culture of continuous development and encourage our team to be on the cutting edge of the design industry. Investing in training allows us to provide an enriched service for all our clients as it is our expert knowledge that our clients desire.
Haughton’s whole approach is to ensure that clients receive exceptional service from enquiry through to delivery. Using ISO: 9001 has significantly improved the business by monitoring customer satisfaction throughout the entire design process. The feedback we gain ensures we can react quickly to requests and can only strengthen our offering in both the short and long term.”
