Thankfully Easter is here today, so there’s finally a chance to stop and think! We are about to start the process of recruiting new talent to join our design development team so have been discussing the role, and more importantly the type of person we are looking for.
We want someone who is enthusiastic and who loves to get stuck in, be creative and solve problems. We also need someone with an ‘engineering’ brain who can be thorough and robust in their design work too – so it’s not going to be easy!
So, what’s the role? Well it’s in design, development and engineering of products, medical devices and equipment. It could suit a mechanical engineer, product design engineer or someone in mechatronics. The key thing is that we want someone who wants to make a difference, who’s prepared to work for the company and for what they want in life. My colleagues and I will work hard for them too, we know it’s important to be supported and be part of something. We need help too, so are looking for someone at the lead end of the spectrum with plenty of experience to manage projects and help the company grow.
At this stage we are just putting out feelers before advertising, we are definitely not looking for recruitment agencies as we are expecting to wait for the right person to come along.
We already have a pipeline of new talent so expect another new team member will starting very soon, this new role won’t properly be posted for a month or two. So if you are quite happy in your current role but perhaps considering something a little more challenging and with a diverse range of work, then please drop us your CV. If it fits, we can then have an informal, chat to explore the opportunity, please use firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested.
We look forward to hearing from you.
