Typically working to a client’s brief, your days would include user & technical research, creating hand sketches to generate innovative ideas, you would then use SolidWorks to develop 3D concepts, through detailed design engineering and on into manufacturing data/drawings. We strive for efficient design to deliver successful projects so you will also make use of a wide variety of different tools and processes to solve the inevitable challenges of creating cutting edge designs.

Your typical daily tasks might include:

  • Research & Idea Generation
  • Concept Design & Development

  • DFM (Design for Manufacture)
  • Design Engineering

  • Tolerance Analysis
  • 2D Drawings
